DESCRIPTION:  Topics in the workshop will equip all participants with the ability to address the learning lost recovery by empowering them with knowledge that is relevant to the needs of todays students. Topics will address literacy /reading, Curriculum resources for special needs students, Laws governing Special Education what is expected and required, inclusion and the least Restrictive environment and how best to equip our students to make the transition from the classroom to independency with the main goal being to work as a team to produce the most conducive environment for learning through collaborating with each other and all relevant stakeholders.
